Data Science is emerging and we see a huge potential for Athora NL to become the most valuable and appreciated pension provider. Therefore, we are looking for a driven personality who actively contribute our AI mission!

What are your main activities

• You build and bring data science solutions to production in a compliant and focused way.
• You take care of the Life Cycle Management of our AI solutions. And you are keen on the latest technology and how to adopt it.
• You are able to develop complex models for emerging business ideas.
• You advise and challenge business domains to adopt AI driven decision-making.
• You will collect and analyze internal and external data to identify trends and valuable insights.
• You use appropriate data analysis and statistical techniques.
• You work in an Agile team with highly motivated and collaborative Data Scientists.
• You are conscience of the regulatory demands regarding AI and have a strong moral compass regarding data ethics.
• You have at least 4 years of relevant work experience in a Data Science environment.

Knowledge areas

• Use Machine Learning technology, algorithms and tools including supervised, unsupervised and reinforced learning
• Proven experience with deep learning techniques and GenAI
• Experience with Explainable AI (XAI)
• Experience with solid integration solutions (Webservices and Webapps)
• Experience with CRISP-DM process and all process steps.
• Experience with Lean Startup Methodology to validate value fast.
• Experience with Data Mining techniques
• Knowledge of data modelling and related technologies
• Apply Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics methods
• Apply analytics and statistics methods for data preparation and pre-processing
• Be able to use performance and accuracy metrics. And keen on data bias.
• Use effective visualization and storytelling methods.
• Demonstrate proficiency in multiple popular languages. For example Python, R and Databricks.
• Experience with (relational) databases and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization software.
• You have demonstrable experience within an Azure AI environment.
• Senior in general programming languages, software versioning and multiple code environments.
