Take ownership
As bunq's Senior Financial Risk Officer, you'll be responsible to make sure that we keep our promises:

Monitor and forecast capital requirements and plan to stay well above the minimum regulatory requirements.

Ensure that Treasury keeps sufficient liquidity to be able to settle any payment, including payments in other currencies. Forecast the available liquidity on a horizon of 1 year and beyond.

Monitor exposure to interest rate risks and FX risks in order to prevent excessive financial losses.
This challenge is perfect for you if

You are able to assess and manage financial risks including calculating and minimizing the duration gap. It is definitely a plus if you hold a CFA certificate.

You are well versed in hedging strategies and liquidity management.

You demonstrate proficiency in executing maturity transformation strategies.

You have coding skills in Python (or R or Matlab).

You are an excellent communicator and speak English fluently.
